Smile Zone has a unique point of difference: their kid-friendly approach to dental health. When Dr. Hudkins bought the practice there were other dentists for children in town, but at the time none of them were communicating that through branding. As part of an objective of increasing new patient visits and retaining current clients we helped shift everything about the the business to be as kid-focused as possible. A new name, logo and marketing materials were developed to be colorful and friendly. We also created online tools to help teach parents how to talk to their kids about the dentist, and have the ability to fill out and submit necessary forms—saving parents from extra time in the waiting room. As a result, Smile Zone met their objectives and has established themselves as THE dentist for kids.
