SnackCrate came to us at a time of rapid growth—they had turned a small start-up selling subscription snack boxes, into a booming business. In order to become a leader in the category, they knew they had to redesign their website (the hub of all sales) to be the best user experience possible. The current site was outdated, the design was too childish, and subscribing and checking out was not intuitive.

We needed to create excitement around receiving a surprise box of goodies from a different country every month, so we developed concepts and art-directed all photography for the website to bring fun, excitement, and movement to every photo.

We designed and developed automated emails based on the user’s journey and digital ads re-targeting people who had visited the website, but had not yet purchased. The results were increased subscriptions, a reduction in cart abandonment and overall consumer satisfaction.
